Terms & conditions, I know .. but they are relevant so please read.

  • Cancellation of booking is possible up to 48 hours prior to the hiring. For any cancellations after that we will charge for the first day of hire.
  • Collections are only possible during the shop's opening hours, but returns can be done anytime by key-drop. The 3 hour hire and the group of 'other bikes' are excluded from key-drop.
  • The hire is flexible, which means that if you pick the bike up at 2 o'clock the hire goes to 2 o'clock the following day.
  • Late returns will be charged with a 10 fee in addition to the cost of the prolonged hire. If you are running late, please give us a ring because good excuses are accepted.
  • We do not supply helmets with the hire.
  • These are leisure bikes and therefore nut suitable for sports
  • Hire from the 'other bikes' category must be stored in covered and secure space overnight.
  • We reserve the right to supply you with a different bike than you have booked, or refuse the hire all together.
  • You must bring a proof of identity.
  • You can pay for the hire in any way you want, but we still need to see your debit/credit card ('chip & pin') upon collection for the pre-authorisation.
  • No responsibility is taken for luggage that you chose to store in the shop.
